In this course you will:

- Able to take the challenge to overcome any changes made by Management and ready to face employees with confidence that employees can achieve the performance standard required by the Company.
- Demotivation and other issues
- Succeed in being a mentor to understand the problems faced by his employees under your supervision.
- Effective communication
- Will enhance great communicate skills and no miscommunication among the team by the methods during the training.

- Able to delegate tasks according to the duties and responsibilities of employees to achieve excellent business/operations performance for the department as well as the Company

- Able to assess employees’ performance based on KPIs and behavioural skills. The participant will gain knowledge in writing individual KPI based on Job Description.
