Speaking, Writing, And Presenting Well In English

As personnel get involved in projects, communicating to groups of people through all mediums have become a prerequisite of their job function. Project status updates, getting buy-ins from customers and prospects, responding to customer queries, are some of the key areas where the need to speak and write well formally is needed. Yes, there are times we find it daunting to perform those tasks, what more when asked to do so in English. While the language is recognized as the international business language, the task may seem overwhelming for some, even experienced personnel. The fear of not being understood is cited as one reason for this trepidation; others quoted ‘lack of the language skill’. Thankfully, speaking and writing in English are skills that can be learned. And this is what the training will provide participants with – skills and knowledge to be eloquent when communicating in English.

  • Understand the need for presenting to direct audience of different group sizes.
  • Master the techniques and tips to presenting smoothly.
